Application and Main features

●The hot press machine unitizes temperature control, electric control and mold press. It consists of the body, the heating system, temperature control system, hydraulic clamping device, hydraulic and control system and cooling system. Suitable for curing of loop coil curing before spreading，the number of coils and coil length can be design according to requirement.

● Hydraulic automatic press loop coil. Pre-press, full pressure and holding pressure and duration can be set according to requirement.

●Use electric heating tube SCR, and thermostat to control the temperature, heating rate 0-10 ℃/min, adjustable temperature range: 20-200 ℃.

●Circulating cooling water provided by automatic chiller, with temperature display and water temperature alarm function, cool from 150 ℃ to 50 ℃ will be about 15 minutes. Can ensure continuous operation of  3 shifts.
